All products sold by CombatOptical.com offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - All returns are subject to the following:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
  You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. CombatOptical.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by CombatOptical.com
  
  Please email to CONTACT RMA and  submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please include display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.
   
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number/b>
  Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by CombatOptical.com.
   
• Cross-Ship (Advance Replacement)
  All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Customer agrees to pay first. In order for CombatOptical.com to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
  • The exact exchange for the same product. Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.
     
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
  The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to CombatOptical.com, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
   
• Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return
  Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.
   
• Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return
  From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
