Shipping to APO Military -
While most other online retailers will not ship to APO/FPO addresses, we at combatoptical.com are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any APO/FPO address. Unfortunately, however, since these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage.
Shipping Policy:
- On average orders are shipped the same day or next day, following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 1:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.
- Most orders are shipped USPS or UPS and should arrive on shipping option days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you promptly.
- Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it. For more details on return shipping. please see our return policy.
CA (California) Sales Tax
California customer is responsible for CA sales tax. combatoptical.com is a California base online retail store, not a wholesale outlet. We must charge CA resident/business California state sales tax.
Shipping to an address different from your billing address
If you choose to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, we may contact you to confirm your shipping and billing addresses to prevent possible fraudulent use of your credit card.
Undelivered Package & Return to Shipper (RTS) Package Policy
If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.
Returns to Shipper package are a result of following reasons:

The following reasons for Return to Shipper are not errors from combatoptical.com, therefore, all shipping fees will not be reimbursed due to the fact that all shipping fee are prepaid to the carriers.
Promotional Free Ground Shipping Items:
There will be a flat fee rate of $2.00 for all RTS for Refund or Reship purposes.
Non-Promotional Items:
For all RTS package being refunded, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
For all RTS package being reship, a reshipping fee will be applied.
