I bought this unit for my Armalite AR-15 on Monday and it arrived at my doorstep Friday morning. It looks a lot like a Harris bi-pod but is lighter and doesn't seem as hefty, though when coupled with my new (MT021 model on this site) forearm it was surprisingly stable. I won't be as rough on this bi-pod as I am on a Harris but I have no question that this pod will give me plenty of stability for the long shot. The adapter is sturdy as all-get-out as well. I'm giving this product 4 of 5 stars because of the toughness of the bi-pod, if this were attached to a slightly beefier pod it would have been a 5 of 5 hands down. Over all, good product for the money.
